#QA As you know, most of the IOT products (NOT only Freshin products )are on only compatible with 2.4GHz network. 90% of the connection problems are because of this.
Then here comes the question, how to tell if you have 2.4GHz or 5GHz network?
The answer is most of the time you can tell directly from the name.
Here are the guidelines from Tp-link and Optus.
If you have a different modem, it might be a good idea to check with the supplier.
